Before You Request Tech Support, Grab These 5 Things

Sep 4
1 min read

You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. Just capture what happened.

1. The exact error message, if there is one.

2. A screenshot or photo of what you see.

3. What you were trying to do when the problem happened.

4. Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.

5. What device, program, website, printer, or account is involved.

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full card numbers, or other sensitive login information in a support request.
