Wi‑Fi Says Connected but There’s No Internet
Try these in order. Stop when the internet starts working again.
1. Turn Wi‑Fi off on the device, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
2. Test another device. If nothing connects, the issue is probably the router or internet service.
3. Restart the modem/router. Unplug it for 30 seconds, reconnect it, then wait a few minutes.
4. Forget the Wi‑Fi network on the problem device and reconnect using the password.
5. If only one website fails, try a different site before changing anything else.
Still stuck? Note which devices work, which do not, and any lights or error messages on the router before requesting support.
